Owner/Operator Clark Lyon loves his job. His passion for both food and cooking drives him to produce amazing recipes using quality, fresh ingredients for each and every customer.
“I want to feed you like I feed my family,” he says. “I want my customers to enjoy every delicious bite of our homemade menu whether in the restaurant or at a catered event. That’s what makes me happy.”
Clark graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an Associates’ degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management. Clark’s Kitchen opened as a restaurant in Mobile, AL in 2008 and began offering catering services in 2010. As a family owned and operated business, Clark’s Kitchen has one goal in mind – to share a passion for food with customers and make them feel like family.
